How do we support children and parents if they don’t have online access
All parents that have requested a device from the school have been allocated either laptop or an ipad to allow for all children to access the remote learning offer
All requests for 4G routers and data have been applied for via the DFE website by the school to support those parents that have let us know they need support
A specific email address (itsupport@graysfarm-tkat.org) has been set up to allow parents to seek support with any technical issues as well as support on how to access the online learning platforms.
