Your child will be bringing home a sheet today with all their details on including, the contact numbers we have on file for them. Please check the sheet, make any necessary alterations and return the sheet as soon as possible so that our database can be updated. If there are no alterations, we would still like the form back, so please sign to show all details are correct and return to your class teacher.
