Admission to Gray's Farm Primary Academy September 2018
As the time approaches for your son or daughter to start school we would like to invite you to visit us at Gray’s Farm Primary Academy on the following dates.
Tuesday 26th June – Parents only 1.30pm – 2.30pm OR 5.00pm – 6.00pm
- An introduction to the school and content of the Reception curriculum followed by Q&A (We politely request that you please make alternative arrangements for your children so that everyone can hear this information)
- Meet new teacher and teaching assistant and visit classrooms
- See school uniform, fill out applications etc. Admin staff will be available to help if need be!
Tuesday 3rd July – Children only 9:30am-10:15am OR 11:15am-12:00 OR 1:30pm-2:15pm
- We will assign you a time in your application pack – please call in if the time is inconvenient to you and we will try to rearrange
- Your children will be able to play with some of their new classmates in their new classroom
- Chance to sign up for home visit times
Tuesday 10th July – Parents and children 1.30pm – 2.45pm
- Join us to sample our tasty school lunches!
- Enjoy some playground games together with your child
- Join us for a story in your child’s new classroom
Tuesday 17th July – Children only 1.30pm – 2.45pm
- Children will be invited into school for activities in their classrooms.
- Children can be dropped off at the reception outdoor area at 1.30pm and can be picked up from the same place at 2.45pm
Other information….
- If your child is new to the school, please bring a copy of their full birth certificate with you or send to the school beforehand
- If your child is already in our nursery in the afternoons, they can attend for their usual sessions on these dates
