NURSERY

Welcome back, we hope you enjoyed the half term and look forward to hearing all about it from the children.

Our new story we shall be exploring is The Enormous Turnip, the children will be learning about helping each other, ordering numbers and making winter veg soup, They will also be planting seeds and bulbs and talking about what they need in order to grow, if you have any empty yoghurt pots please may we have them (washed of course) so children can grow their own seeds.

Thank you for your continued support.

RECEPTION

Welcome back to all the children, parents and gaurdians of Reception! We hope you had a safe and relaxing half term! The Reception team are excited to get started for this term. We have a lot to look forward to, such as our 'Traditional tales' topic, Diwali week and of course our Christmas countdown!

This term we will be continuing to focus on our letter sounds as well as encouraging the children to start blending letters to make a word.

We also look forward to holding a phonics workshop in November and the opportunity to talk about tapestry or bug club will be given at the end of the workshop.
