Gray's Farm has Talent 2019!
We are delighted the confirm that Gray’s Farm has Talent is returning again in 2019!
Auditions are taking place on Thursday 6th June 2019, we are running things a little differently and to take part in auditions you will need to completethe audition registration form that went home on Monday. This allows us to plan ahead of the audition day and have any music ready to help auditions run faster. The deadline for applications to be returned is Friday 17 May 2019.
This year we are only putting through 15 acts to the final show, so if you are planning to audition it’s very important to make sure you’ve practised your act to ensure that it’s the very best it can be on the day! This year any children in the KS2 that are entering the competition with a singing act will only be allowed to use instrumental versions of the song as a backing track.
The final show will be taking place at the end of June, prior to this there will be a full practice of the show with the acts that have been selected to perform.
As in previous years TKAT are holding a “TKAT City has Talent” final, with selected acts from TKAT primary schools in the TKAT City region performing in the final. The 3 acts that win the Gray’s Farm has Talent will be selected to take part in “TKAT City has Talent”. In addition, we are delighted to announce that the TKAT City Final is being hosted this year at Gray’s Farm Primary Academy!
We are also looking to hold a “Parents’ have Talent” talent show this year. At this stage we are looking to see if there is enough interest to put this event on. If you would be interested in showcasing your talents for the Gray’s Farm Judges, please indicate on the form on the back of the letter that went home and we will be in contact should this event go ahead!
