Macmillan Coffee Morning

Please come and join us on Wednesday 2nd October as we will be participating in ‘The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning’, which is Macmillan Cancer Support’s biggest charity fundraising event. We are aware that this is being held nationally on Friday 27th September, however we have had to change our date due to other commitments within the school. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope that you are still able to join us!

This year, we would welcome donations of homemade or shop bought cakes that the children can sell on the day to raise money for this very worthwhile charity. Cakes can be sent in after school on Tuesday 1st October, or just bring them along on the day. If they are in containers you would like returned, please make sure that they are clearly labelled with your child’s name and class.

As I am sure you are all aware, we have several children in the school with severe peanut allergies. In order to keep them safe, please ensure any cakes brought into school do not contain nuts or traces of any nut products.

Each class will have a set time in the hall when parents will be invited to come in, meet the class Teacher/TAs, see your children and buy a coffee and cake. Listed below is the timetable for the day.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible on that day.
