REMINDER: Parents' Evening Booking

Parents’ Evenings will take place on Tuesday 3rd March and Wednesday 4th March for the main school and on Tuesday 3rd, Wednesday 4th & Thursday 5th March for Nursery. We very much hope that you will take this opportunity to meet with your child’s class teacher to discuss the progress they are making. The meetings will be held in classrooms and there will NOT be a crèche service available, so please make alternative arrangements if you wish to leave your children whilst attending your appointment. Please note, there will be no clubs running on these two days (with the exception of Football Club) so all pupils should be collected as normal.

For this Parents’ Evening we are trialling the use of a new online booking system. This will significantly reduce the administration time spent on arranging appointments and will allow appointments to be booked on a first come, first served basis and will make booking sibling appointments much easier.

To book an appointment to see your child’s teacher, simply head to

Fill in the form with your details to find your child on the system. Please note that the details entered must match the details that we hold on file for you and your child. If the details entered are incorrect, it will not allow you to proceed. If you believe the details on file may be incorrect, please speak to the school office to update these.
Once you have logged in, please select a date for your appointment and you will then be able to pick a ten-minute slot. If you have more than one child at the school, you will be able to book these appointments at the same time. Unfortunately, the system does not currently allow you to book appointments for Nursery siblings at the same time as main school, however you can still do this online separately by entering their details.

The booking is now open to make appointments and will remain open until Friday 28th February at 4pm. Please ensure that appointments are booked before this time.
