Welcome to Wellbeing week!
In these strange times mental health and wellbeing is, quite rightly, a national priority. At Gray's Farm we are mindful of how important it is to take care of ourselves and each other.
Each day this week is going to have a theme and today's is 'Be kind to yourself'. Your teachers will be taking some time to discuss this with you in online lessons and we would really appreciate it if you could also take a little time with your family to talk about these questions (as well as enjoying all of the fun that the snow brings with it! Wrap up and stay safe out there!)
