Make online payments to school via credit or debit card Schoolgatewaylogin

Use School Gateway to make online payments with a debit or credit card any time 24-7, via smartphone app or website. You can also view school meal balances and top them up. Plus you can give online consent, where required, for your child to take part in school trips and other activities.

To make things easy, we notify parents of new items for payment by text or email.

Aside from saving the school time and money on administration, School Gateway also makes paying for school items easier and more flexible for parents and reduces the amount of cash being carried by children on school premises. From 6th June 2016 we are no longer accepting payments via cash or cheque.

How to activate your School Gateway Account:

All you need to register, are your email address, mobile number that the school holds on record for you and the account number and sort code of the card you wish money to be transferred from. Please remember you can only register from the first day your child is on roll.

Visit the website:
www. Schoolgateway.com and click on ‘New User’. You’ll receive a text message with a PIN number. It is this PIN number you use to log into School Gateway.

Download the app:
If you have a smartphone, please download the School Gateway from your app store (android and iPhone). The app shows the same information as the website PLUS it saves the school money when we send you a text message.

Once you have registered, you can add the account number and sort code for the bank account you want money to be transferred from. This has to be done on the website but you only have to do this the first time you log onto the website.

After your details have been registered, you will be able to make payments from your PC or the app on your phone or a tablet.

You will now be able to see details of any trips your child is going on, dinner money owed (for children in KS2), breakfast club and after school club. You will also be able to tick a box to give parental consent for a trip.
