This week at Gray's Farm - W/B 23rd March

Week beginning: 23rd March
Nursery
This week, we are continuing our Easter celebrations! We will be exploring beautiful pastel colours and examining the different parts of a daffodil, from the bulb to the bloom. We’ll also be practicing our numeracy skills by counting how many daffodils we can find in our indoor and outdoor environments and comparing what we see.
We hope you all have a wonderful and relaxing Easter break!
Reception
Our last week of term we will be learning about Easter and why it is an important celebration for so many Christians. We will share the Easter Story with the children in a simple and age appropriate way. We will focus on our themes of hope, new life, kindness and new beginnings. Alongside the story the children will be taking part in a range of fun Easter activities such as Easter arts and crafts, Easter egg hunt and learning about flowers and new beginnings.
