Wraparound Childcare Provider - The Farmers Club
We offer Wraparound Childcare Provision in the form of both breakfast and afterschool club; this is run in house by Gray's Farm staff. There are flexible booking options to suit the needs of our parents'. During each session a variety of engaging and interactive activities are availble, on a rotation basis.

How to book
Bookings are made via the Arbor and must be made 48 hours before the session. We appreciate last minute things crop up; in this instance please call or email the school office on office@graysfarm-tkat.org. Depending on availability; our office team will be able to advice whether there is space.
Payments
If you require to pay via tax free childcare (TFC), please email the school office on office@graysfarm-tkat.org who will enable this payment method on Arbor. At the end of each month, you will recieve an email from us asking for you to check your Arbor account for how much is owed. Once you have done this, you can log in to your TFC account and send the payment directly to us.
Payments is required at the time of booking unless paying via TFC.
For those parents that need an invoice/receipt to send to the Government to reclaim their childcare costs, you will be able to access this within the Parent Portal after the sessions have taken place.
Siblings are entitled to a 5% discount which is automatically applied when booking.
