Week beginning: 13th October

Nursery

Nursery will be continuing to learn about autumn, as the children have been really engaged investigating the natural environment and learning about Harvest .

To further enhance their interest we will be exploring nocturnal animals and how we can help protect them.

Reception

This week  in Reception Class we will be exploring the season Autumn.
Learning about the seasons helps children understand the passing of time and teaches them about change.
Children will have the opportunity through first hand experience to explore the natural world through our Forest School.
In maths we will be revisiting number bonds within 5.
Please ensure you continue reading the sound blending books with your child and practise using their phonic cards.
