Photography Permission Forms
Your child brought home a letter today which will let you choose how and when photographs or videos of them are used on our school website, social media streams or in promotional material for the school such as posters and banners.
We would be grateful if you could complete and return to the school office as soon as possible.
If your child has started at Gray’s Farm since January 2017, you will have already completed one as part of the admission process.
