Sports Day Arrangements

Please note the following details for our sports day, both which will take place on Friday 7^th July:

Infant sports day - will take place between 10am and 12:00pm
Junior sports day - will take place between 1:45pm and 3pm

There will also be a family picnic on the field in between these two events. Please bring your own picnic for you and your children. If you are attending the picnic, please ensure that you supervise your child/children and that they remain with you at all times. This is for their safety so we appreciate your support with this.

Our inclusion team will be selling ice lollies and refreshments at both sessions.

If you would like the school to provide your child (this is only for children who attend Gray’s Farm, we cannot accommodate adults and other siblings) with a school packed lunch on the day, please fill in the slip below with their meal choice and return it to the school office by no later than Friday 30^th June 2017.

Payment details:

If your child is in the infants, there will be no charge, just fill in the slip and return by the 30^th June.
If your child is in the juniors the meal will be the normal price of £2.00. Payment for this must be made through the School Gateway by no later than 30^th June.

If the weather forecast is predicting rain, we will make a decision on Thursday 6^th as to whether the picnic and sports day will go ahead.
