Secondary Transfers
Today your child will bring home a registration form for transfer to secondary school. Please complete & return with a copy of your child benefit statement (see letter to see how you can obtain an up to date one) and a full birth certificate. This has to be the long version which includes the names of both parents.
The deadline for these to be returned is the 7th July but please bear in mind it might take you a while to gather the relevant documentation. Please only return the form once you have all the relevant paperwork.
