Incident Report
Could we please ask all parents to be vigilant when walking to and from school. Last night, just after 4pm, we had a report of a man parked in a silver car in Broom Avenue. He stopped a pedestrian to ask directions and when she bent down to talk to him, she saw that he was exposing himself.
She was very concerned, particularly as there were groups of secondary school children walking along the same road, as it is a popular cut through. The matter was reported to the police straight away.
This was hopefully an isolated incident but you may want to have a chat with any of your children that walk home this way, particularly if they are on their own.
