Guess that Tune!
During Spring 1, the children’s music lessons with Mrs Adam focused on beginning to learn an instrument. Year 1 practised using untuned instruments to create different seasons. Years 2-4 learnt how to play the keyboard and Years 5 and 6 were introduced to the ukulele. The children were taught the basic keys on their given instruments, explored how the pitch and tone could be altered and started to play simple nursery rhymes. We were really impressed with how well they did and how supportive they were of each other when learning their instrument. We wanted to share with you some of their efforts and to see if you could name the tune that they are playing.
