Year 5 Royal Observatory Trip
This term, Year 5 are learning about space and have been paying particular attention to the moon and where Earth is in our Solar System. We will be visiting the Royal Observatory in Greenwich, where we will be able to enjoy a show in the planetarium. This could be an amazing experience, however we will only be able to confirm the trip with your contributions. If you are unable to contribute, please speak to Mrs Reynolds or Ms Clifford by Friday 19th May so that we are able to make an informed decision about whether the trip can go ahead.

Cost of trip: £24.77 Permission & payment required on School Gateway by: Thursday 1 st June 2023
Time the children are leaving: 9am Approximate time children will return: 3:20pm
Method of transport: Coach
Where to pick up your child: Usual Year 5 exit
Special instructions:
â Wear full school uniform, however more comfortable shoes will be permitted
â Bring a warm, waterproof coat as we will be walking between venues
â Bring a packed lunch and plenty of water to drink (this should be in a disposable plastic bag to throw away afterwards)
â Children do not need to bring any spending money, as there is no gift shop
