Leadership at Gray's Farm Primary Academy

GraysGenericNew23

Around this time last year, we made the announcement that Mrs Osborne would be going on maternity leave; we are pleased to inform you that we will be giving her a warm welcome back as of the week commencing Monday 25th March on a part time basis.

Mr Bradley has successfully led Gray’s through the past year as Acting Headteacher and last week he interviewed for a substantive headship position at Gray’s; we’re delighted to publicise that he was successful in obtaining the role and will be joining Mrs Osborne as Headteacher in leading Gray’s Farm in a part time basis on its continued journey to flourish and grow.

To enable a smooth crossover and ensure that the needs of our children and parents are being met, Mrs Osborne will be working at and leading Gray’s on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Mr Bradley will be working at and leading Gray’s on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Both Mrs Osborne and Mr Bradley being in school on a Wednesday will ensure the continuity for the week.

Following another successful interview, we are pleased to also announce that Mrs Appleton has been successful in becoming the substantive Deputy Headteacher. Mrs Appleton will be here for 5 days a week and will continue the great work she has been doing working alongside Mrs Gold, Ms Morley as Assistant Headteachers and Mrs Taylor as a part of our Senior Leadership Team. We have every confidence in such a strong Senior Leadership Team, however we understand that with any change, there may be some concerns or reservations. If you do have any queries and wish to discuss these, please speak with a member of SLT or email office@graysfarm-tkat.org.

As always, we thank you for your continued support and for making our school community a wonderful place for our children to thrive.
